How do I book a trip or transfer?
Just send us your preferred date and pick-up location.
Share your date, pick-up location (hotel/riad/airport), and plan (transfer or day trip) by WhatsApp or form. We’ll confirm availability, send you the final price, and arrange everything. No advance planning required — just tell us what works for you and we shape it around that.

How do pick-ups & drop-offs work?
Your driver meets you at your riad/hotel or inside Marrakech Airport (RAK) with a sign. We help with luggage, share the driver’s WhatsApp, and keep an eye on flight delays. At the end, we drop you exactly where you need — hotel, airport, or next stop.
Can I pay by cash, card, or bank transfer?
Choose cash (MAD or EUR), a secure card payment link, or bank transfer. For multi-day itineraries, we can split payments (deposit + balance). You’ll always receive a receipt/invoice.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Plans change — we understand. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your service. Within 24h, we’ll do our best to help; a late-change fee may apply if costs were already incurred (e.g., reserved activities or third-party fees).
Are the prices fixed or can they change?
We send the total price before you confirm. It includes vehicle, fuel, driver, basic parking & motorway tolls. No surprise charges — ever. (Entrance fees, meals, or optional activities are extra and only if you choose them.)

Of course. Just tell us what you’d like — a quiet desert dinner, a gentle hiking day, a surprise plan, or something unique — we’ll shape it for you.
